Closing
Walk-Through: The final inspection takes place a day before or the day of the closing. The buyer will visit the property to verify that everything is in working order, nothing has changed since the last time they viewed the property, and that everything included in their purchase is still at the property.
Closing: The closing agent will provide both the buyer and the seller with a settlement statement, which summarizes and details the financial transactions enacted in the process. You will also have to sign all necessary documentation required by your lender if you are financing your property. You will deliver all keys and any other important information about the property at this time.
