Price: Price is not the only determining factor when accepting an offer. There are multiple items within a contract that will influence the overall price. We will review all of these terms together to ensure you are getting the most out of your house.

Negotiating: It is our responsibility to negotiate the contractual terms with fairness and integrity.  We will be there to thoroughly analyze each offer to help you determine what is best for you.

Schedule: Now that you are under contract, you and the buyer will be responsible for certain tasks before we are able to go to closing. We will make sure you are aware of what step is next all the way to the very end.
