Determine the most important factors that will dictate your home purchase. Get to know the neighborhoods that you are interested in. Spend time driving around and getting a feel for what it would be like to own a property in the area. 

Narrow down your selection to a few properties that you are most interested in seeing and I will make arrangements to see them with you. We can do this as many times as you like and will most likely occur over the course of a few months. 

Once you have picked out the property you want to purchase, we will spend time discussing the details of the property before submitting an offer.  This will allow us to draft an offer in a way that gives us an advantage over other offers.
